Tips for making juice

Most of us start our day with a glass of juice. So, remember these points before making juice. These are simmple but very important points.
- It is important to wash the fruits and veggies well before putting them in the juicer.
- Remove damaged portions, if any. Or else the harmful pesticides or bacteria will directly go in to your system.
- You can even use the stems and leaves for juice. But, do remove the stems and leaves of carrots, as they are toxic.
- You may use seeds of lemon, lime, oranges, etc. Do not use apple seeds, as they are toxic.
- Do not use the skins of orange and grapefruits, as they are toxic. Do not throw away the white pithy part, as that is a good source of vitamin C and flavonoids.
- You can garnish the juices with black pepper, salt, lemon juice, ginger, parsley, coriander and cinnamon, etc.
